Katina is an empathetic, compassionate, self-motivated, and genuine professional who strives to help individuals, couples, and families reach their full potential. She enjoys working with clients of all ages. Katina has worked with individuals who suffer with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm behavior, grief, personality/mood disorders, ADHD, and addictions. Her therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. Life transitions and traumatic experiences can cause emotional, mental, and relational distress. Having someone to guide you in processing your thoughts and feelings will improve your overall well-being and make you feel less alone in your struggles.
